1. Introduction
Avigamesltd LLC (“AviGames”, “the Company”, “we”), available at https://www.avigames.org, is committed to protecting the privacy of our visitors and users.
This Privacy Policy applies to our website, games, and related online services. Please note that additional privacy terms may apply depending on the platform or app store from which you access our games / services.

2. Definitions
- “Affiliates” means any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with AviGames. This includes parent companies, subsidiaries, and sister companies within the same corporate group.

- “Aggregated and/or anonymized data” means information that has been combined with data from other users or modified so that it cannot be used to identify any individual person, either directly or indirectly. This type of data is used for analytics, statistics, and service improvement, and does not reveal your identity.
3. What Data Is Collected
Personal data provided directly:
When you register for an account or contact us, we may collect: first name, last name, date of birth, email address, mailing address, phone number, payment related identifiers as described below, authentication methods, hashed passwords or other sign-in credentials, and any information you choose to upload / provide (such as contents of messages or attachments, queries to support, support tickets, surveys, or similar communications, picture as an avatar for your account, your screen name).
We may collect payment-related identifiers such as Apple App Store receipt ID, Google Play purchase token/order ID, subscription renewal tokens. We do not receive or store your full card or banking details.
Data collected automatically:
- Device & technical info – IP address, connection type, ISP, OS and version, battery status, screen resolution, device identifiers (IDFA/IDFV on iOS, AAID/GAID on Android), browser type, log files (referrer/exit pages, clicks, date-time stamps).
- Game & usage data – installed titles, in-app purchase history, gameplay progress, levels completed, session length, chosen options, participation in events and competitions.
- Push-notification tokens – FCM/APNS device tokens and information on whether notifications are enabled or the game was uninstalled.
- Remote-config & cloud-save metadata – IDs needed to deliver remote content.
Data from third parties
- Social-network profile information if you access AviGames via a social login or invite friends in a “social game”.
- Attribution data from ad networks (e.g., AppsFlyer) showing which ad campaign led you to install.
Aggregated and anonymised data:
We may collect aggregated, anonymized information that does not identify any single user or device
We use this for statistical analysis and to improve our services.
Special categories of personal data:
We do not process special categories of data or make automated decisions producing legal effects.

4.1. Contract (to provide services/features/sell games/virtual items):
We process your data to provide the AviGames services, games performance, and to fulfill our contractual obligations when you use our website or games.

9. Data Sharing and Disclosure
- Service providers and processors – hosting (Google Cloud, AWS), CDN, e-mail/SMS providers, analytics and ad-network partners listed in § 7, fraud-prevention and chargeback tools.
- Payments – relevant app-store operator receives and processes your payment information; we receive only the store receipt/token.
- Advertising partners – ad networks listed in § 7 receive device (advertising) identifiers, IP address, coarse location, and in-app event tags to serve and measure ads.
- Affiliates & corporate transactions – data may be shared with AviGames group companies or successors in case of merger or acquisition.
- Legal reasons – where required by law, court order, or to defend legal claims, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or protect the rights of AviGames or others.
Our commitments:
- Such third parties access data only as necessary to perform their functions.
- We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
- We do not sell your personal data for monetary consideration.
10. International Data Transfers
Data may be transferred to and stored on servers in the Republic of Armenia, the European Union / EEA, the United States, and other country where our vendors operate data centers.
For EEA/UK users, transfers rely on one of the following:
- the EU-approved Standard Contractual Clauses with supplementary measures, or
- other lawful derogations under Article 49 GDPR regulation (e.g., user’s explicit consent on the risk-knowing base).
For US partners that certify to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework we verify their current listing.
Where local law (e.g., Russian Federal Law 152-FZ) requires that certain identifiers must be stored on servers located in that jurisdiction, we instruct the relevant provider to comply.
Data transfers will only occur where the legal requirements for international data transfers are met. This includes entering into data transfer agreements with recipients, imposing contractual obligations to protect your personal data to standards equivalent to those required under applicable law, and complying with relevant international data transfer frameworks and treaties.
11. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, as outlined in this Privacy Policy, and to comply with applicable legal, tax, or regulatory requirements.
Unless otherwise required by law or necessary to protect our legal rights, we apply the following retention periods:
- Account and profile information: kept for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account or your account is inactive for more than 24 months, your data will be deleted or anonymized within 90 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
- Transactional records (e.g., purchase history, payment data): retained for up to 7 years to comply with accounting and tax regulations.
- Customer support communications: retained for up to 3 years after the closure of the support request or your account.
- Analytics and log data: retained for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted or fully anonymized.
- Marketing and consent records: retained for up to 3 years from the date of withdrawal of consent or last interaction with our marketing communications.
When data is no longer required for the stated purposes, or upon your valid request for erasure, we will securely delete or irreversibly anonymize your personal data in accordance with our internal policies and applicable law
12. Security
We take the security of your personal data seriously and implement a range of measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:
- Use of industry-standard encryption to protect data in transit and at rest.
- Access controls to limit data access to authorized personnel only.

- Right to rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure: You may request we erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
- Right to restrict processing: You may request restriction of processing, under certain conditions.
- Right to object: You may object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
- Right to data portability: You may request we transfer your data to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
- Right to withdraw consent: You can withdraw consent at any time (not affecting prior processing).
- Human review of automated decisions by your request under Article 22 GDPR
- If you make a request, we will respond within one month.

If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency in the Republic of Armenia (https://pdpa.am/en).
14. Children’s Privacy
- AviGames’ services and games are not intended for children under the age of 16.
- We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. Where local law requires a higher minimum age, we comply with that law.
- If you believe your child has provided us with personal data, contact us immediately; we will promptly remove such information from our records.
15. Changes to This Policy
- We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time.
- When changes are made, we will revise the “last modified” date at the top of the policy. We will notify users of material changes as required by law.
- You are encouraged to review the policy periodically to stay informed about how AviGames protects your information.
